About Control

Control was created using Remedy Entertainment's own Northlight engine first seen in Quantum Break. Players take on the role of Jesse Faden who uses special paranormal powers along with the Service Weapon an important tool used by the Director of the FBC. This weapon shifts between forms like a pistol or shotgun. Jesse has powers like telekinesis to lift herself or objects but it's not unlimited. It's also possible to take over weakened enemies. Both the Service Weapon and Jesse's skills get stronger during the game through a skill system. The game world is interactive where Jesse's powers influence many objects around her making gameplay feel lively and giving her more control to deal with challenges. Jesse’s clothes can also be changed.

The game takes place in the Oldest House a tall building in New York that serves as the home of the Federal Bureau of Control. From the outside the building looks normal but inside it's a space that changes and is much bigger than it appears. Remedy says the structure and world in the game follow a Metroidvania style so some places are blocked at first and only open after getting certain powers or going further in the story. Rituals help to trigger changes in the building's layout opening secret areas and helping to complete side missions. Inside the Oldest House are various zones called Thresholds and rooms leading to other dimensions that shift the inside's appearance. Some parts of the building have been left alone by the Bureau for years or have never even been seen giving the place an odd and old feeling.

Unlike earlier Remedy games Control lets players go through the game world at their own speed. As players unlock new skills new places become available to visit. Control focuses on gameplay giving players the option to explore find their stories and dive deeper into the game’s background. Side missions are also key and can reward extra powers or reveal more about the Oldest House and the FBC. Remedy has made sure there are no guiding players too much so they are free to choose what to do next or figure out how to overcome problems in their path. This game stands out from Remedy’s past games which were short yet full of emotion and story. Control provides a longer gameplay experience giving players more time to explore interact and enjoy the world.

How to download and install

1. Make sure that you have uTorrent client installed on your PC (for magnet downloads).
2. Select the version and click on the Download button (press Open uTorrent button in pop-up window).
3. Locate the directory to save game files (e.g. C:\My Files\Games) and begin the downloading process.
4. After the downloading process is finished, search for ReadMe file if there is one and read the instructions.
5. Run the Setup file if there is one or mount the .iso file using Daemon Tools software or similar (keep in mind that you must have enough space on your PC to complete installation).
6. Copy all the files from Crack directory (if needed) to game directory where you have installed (e.g. C:\My Games\Control).
7. Launch the game and enjoy!
